Black Peeper Chicken


Sarawak Black Pepper Chicken.Bon Appetit.

Ingredient
1 Whole Fresh Chicken - cut into 12 - 16 pcs
3 tbspn Sarawak Black Peppercorn seed
1 tbspn Coriander seed
1 tspn fennel seed
1 inch ginger
3 clove garlic
2 candle nuts (Buah Keras)
All above items to be pounded to fine paste
2 stick of lemon grass
2 onion - chopped into dices
1 cinnimon stick ( Kayu Manis)
2 tbspn Cooking Oil (Canola/Vegetable Oil)

Method
Heat oil in the wok, fry the lemongrass, chopped onions and the pounded paste spices. Once the aroma rises, add the knorr cube and cut chicken pieces. Stir well. Add salt & sugar to taste. Stir the corn flour in a bowl of lukewarm water.
Add it after the chicken is cooked. Stir quickly and off the heat. Served hot with plain white rice and other dishes
