Pak Choy & Shitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce
bahan A
6 set pak choy
didikan air+garam+ minyak sket, celur pak choy dan susun dlm pinggan
Bahan B
5 ulas bwg putih cincang
sedikit isi ayam
lada hitam
1 cawan air celur pak choy
1 sudu makan tepung jagung
1 sudu teh minyak bijan
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh gula
1 peket mushroom shitake
sedikit karot parut panjang
* tumis bwg putih hingga garing, masukan isi ayam & lada hitam, kacau sekejap, masuk air, minyak bijan, garam & gula. Biar mendidih, bancuh tepung jagung & air, tuang dlm adunan, msukan shitake, masak hingga layu, tuang atas A, tabur karot parut & bwg goreng
